1.Connect the external power supply, close the combination switch, the current indicator light.
2.Observe that there are no obstacles around the motor: press the motor start button. At this point the current indicator light, the motor starts to operate. Hydraulic oil begins to enter the system. In the absence of any oil cylinder, the hydraulic oil is directly returned to the tank through the oil return pipe. At this point the whole system goes into the pre-working state.
3.Open the cylinder return channel, so that the cylinder is back to the upper stop point, when the oil cylinder can be opened to start discharging. When the oil cylinder is ready to reach the end point, the oil cylinder will be returned to the starting point and the oil supply will be stopped. At this time, the discharging function is completed and the feeding hopper is full. Now you can start the compaction cylinder.
4.Start the compaction pressure cylinder for material: stay before finishing compaction condition 5-10 mm height, machine gauge started action, only need a second time, the pressure up to 16 MPa scale, finish all of the oil cylinder stroke, the compaction of brick height reach, the compaction process is completed.
5.When the hydraulic control handle is pushed up, the cylinder will rise up, and the ejection mechanism will be started out of the mould, which is the process of compaction.
6.Manually put the pressed brick code into the transport vehicle, a brick process end. And can contact the next discharging process. The purpose of continuous production is thus realized.
