1.The deformed adobe and mud column are opened immediately after cutting.

Reason: Failure of the vacuum chamber

Solution: Improve the maintenance, repair and maintenance technology of the brick machine to ensure the normal function of the brick machine performance. Make the necessary technical renovations. Another reason for the failure of the vacuum chamber is that the sand-based raw material, so the closed mud layer that is drilled is too thin and can easily be pumped away, causing vacuum damage, so the adobe cannot be shaped. The best way to solve this problem is to change the proportion of raw materials and increase the plasticity index of raw materials. Another method is to cut the tip of the soil to 2-10 cm depending on the material properties of the soil (it must be done under the guidance of the technician, do not do it yourself).

2.There are many brick cracks or two parts on the adobes. There are more scraps after sintering.

Reason: There are too many viscous ingredients in the raw material, so the plasticity index is too high.

Solution: Change the ratio of raw materials and reduce the plasticity index. The plasticity index of clay can reach 25 degrees, and it can be appropriately included in the waste of coal ash, slag, fly ash or brick powder to make it thinner.

3.Soft adobe, easy to shape, crack after cutting.

Reason: Improper control of moisture in the mud.

Solution: Soft adobe, easily deformed, showing too much water in the sludge, should reduce water. If cracks or cracks occur quickly after the mud column is formed, this is caused by too little water in the mud, which can be solved by adding appropriate water.

4.Unstable brick production capacity

Reason: Without box feeder

Solution: Some brick owners refuse to use the box feeder in order to save money, but some people do it by hand. Therefore, the amount of soil is not stable, sometimes more than the extruder needs, and sometimes it is The need for an extruder is small and therefore has a great influence on the production capacity.
