2.Avoid material frozen during production,no excessive accumulation of sand and gravel, fly ash and other materials.Choose warm water for mixing to avoid impact of block quality by ice and frozen blocks.
3.Too low temperature will directly affect the quality of concrete block,materials should be mixed with appropriately increasing amount of admixture (antifreeze).Stop production in the absence of this condition.
4.It is necessary to cover up the block product with moisture material,when the temperature is below 0. C,cover the materials and block products with warm material, curing time should not be less than 45 days, test the block intensity before use.All kinds of material and block products storage should be standard.Frozen blocks after soaking in water should not be used.
